Friday 29th of April 2011
3 pm -6 pm Arrivals from to sign in register vehicle & be allotted accommodation & your participants pack.
7-10pm get to know each other with Pizza & tall tales of our motorcycling past. Speakers “Various” Conference room or Bon fire area conditions permitting.
Saturday 30th May
7.30-9 am Breakfast – Cereal or cooked Breakfast
9.30 am Final registrations for days ride & distribution of judging sheets to eligible riders/judges. Directions & Rules from Club Captain
10 am ride commences
Strathalbyn to Meadows 17.9 km
Meadows to Hope Forrest via Brookman Rd 20.1 km
Hope Forrest to Yankalilla 34.5 km
1 pm lunch Yankallila Bakery Catered by Club
Bike inspection for judging Sub total 72.5 km
Yankalilla to Carickalinga 5.8km
Carrickalinga to Myponga Reservoir Car park regroup 13 km
Myponga to Sellicks Beach turn off via Reservoir Rd & South Road 14 km
Sellicks Beach turn off to Masilins beach turnoff 14.5 km

4 pm return to Glenbar Homestead after refueling
4.30 pm Vehicle inspection of entered machines & Judging by participants.
5 pm stable bikes for the night & lodge judging slips with committee
6.30 pm Pre Dinner Drinks
7 pm Presentation Dinner,
9 pm presentation by President of the days winners back at Glenbarr
10.30pm Close of proceedings for the night
Sunday 1st May
7.30-8.30 am Breakfast Cereal or Cooked breakfast
9.30 am gather for group photo & prize winner’s photo with machine
10.00 am commence informal Northern ride route to be determined
12.30 pm lunch stop location to be determined
3.45 pm arrive back at Glenbarr Homestead, Address by President & farewell
Note
Should you not be able to attend the run but would like to attend the Saturday evening Presentation Dinner you will need to fill out the entry form and send it in. It will be accepted unless we get a very large entry of riders that challenges the Venues capacity.
Tips
Allow aprox, 45 mins, if you use the Freeway from the Toll gate to Strathalbyn and again the same time if you come via Flagstaff Hill and Clarendon
Petrol is available in Strathalbyn on South Tce and the committee will thank you if you start with a full tank on both days.
Accommodation is limited to 30 bunks + two cabins for couples, there is plenty of room for campers
